Condition / Maintenance Building Reports.

For Property Owners.

For Property Owners.

A Condition or Maintenance Building Report is designed for the owner of a property to better understand the condition of their investment. This report covers any current maintenance requirements and any areas which require remediation. All reports also include non-invasive moisture testing.

A property owner may wish to get a Condition Building Report for a number of reasons, such as; preparing a property prior to sale, condition check pre-tenancy or post-tenancy, insurance or finance adjustments, to keep up with maintenance obligations or for general peace of mind.

The report follows the New Zealand Standard - Residential Property Inspection (NZS4306:2005) and clearly lays out any areas of gradual deterioration, urgent maintenance, significant defects, safety hazards and potential weather tightness risks.

You are in good hands with Inspected NZ, all our inspections are completed by a Licensed Building Practitioner for your peace of mind.
